This year's Eurogames in Lyon were a great success for our dancers. Two couples from our club distinguished themselves through exceptional performances and achieved remarkable placements in various categories.
Nadia and Yasmin – Strong Performances in Two Disciplines
The duo Nadia and Yasmin consistently delivered high performances throughout the competition. On Friday, they competed in the Open Equality Ballroom for mixed male and female couples, securing an excellent 3rd place in category B. This achievement underscored their versatility and skill in a mixed field.
On Saturday, the pair continued their successful streak and competed in the Adult Female Ballroom. Here they achieved an excellent 7th place in the demanding Category A, a remarkable achievement given the strong competition.
Petra and Susi – Triple Success Culminating in a Peak
At their debut, Petra and Susi competed on three days. They kicked things off on Thursday in Senior Female Ballroom, where they achieved 5th place in Category C.
Friday was their crowning glory: at the Open Equality Ballroom for mixed male and female couples, they secured 1st place in Category D, capping off their participation with a well-deserved victory.
The conclusion to their successful competition was Saturday at the Adult Female Ballroom. Here, Petra and Susi rounded off their impressive performance with a 3rd place in Category D.
